More about the BOKA GROUP

The BOKA GROUP was established by four accounting offices back in 2004. Since then, further offices have joined the group. In the beginning the individual offices have been developing their characteristic competencies, but after some time, they realized that they would be able to offer better service and improved quality by acting in accordance with a common working concept during the time of which each single office would continue developing their own specific specialist competencies. The collaboration is conducted by a common company named BOKA GROUP SWEDEN AB.

In 2005 a subsidiary was founded, the BOKA GROUP SWEDEN SERVICE AB in order to enable those offices and cooperation partners, the BOKA partners, who are aspiring to be members of the group, to have their own company within the operational area of the service company.

The BOKA GROUP is working on two heads. Primarily, the mission of the group implies that each single office will contribute to the enforcement of a rewarding collaboration in view of an increased income potential for all members of the group by providing the total range of services, that are available within the group, and which cannot be provided by the individual office itself.

Moreover, it is the operational focus of the group to be able to enhance each member company’s potential to provide their clients with a surplus value, which is the result of training sessions, collaboration and the use of common technical accessories. The various offices’ clients have access to the total amount of the group’s resources. Our mutual cooperation within the group as well as our specific qualifications makes BOKA GROUP particularly appropriate to meet the requirements of trading companies within an international context.

Today, the BOKA GROUP has more than 60 employees, and, at present, there are premises in 10 places all over Sweden.

The BOKA GROUP is aiming to become the company’s closest business partner in order to facilitate the company’s daily work within the area of economy, law and human resources. At the same time we want to constitute the company’s so called sounding board, i.e. assist the client in questions that are related both to the company itself and to the client’s private financial sphere.
